The next show takes place on August 16, 2025. Vendor setup begins at 6:00 AM and general admission starts at 8:30 AM. No general admission before 8:30 AM, only vendors and early bird buyers can enter during the setup period.

Vancouver Gas is hosted on the Toedtli Ranch in Vancouver, Washington. We are 20 minutes from PDX, with many lodging accommodations nearby.

Vendors get all the space they need for the flat rate of $25. If two sellers are sharing a space, they both must pay admission. Early bird buyers may enter during setup for the same $25 rate, but you are encouraged to bring at least a few items for sale if possible!
General admission begins at 8:30 AM and costs $5 per person. Kids under 14 get in for free.

Patrons can expect to find vintage automotive memorabilia such as oil cans, signs, gas canisters, advertising displays, and other relevant products from the gas and oil industry. Come on by and see what unique treasures await!
Yes, pets are allowed. Please keep dogs leashed at all times and clean up after your pets.
Water bottles, soft drinks, and limited food items will be available for purchase. More detailed information will be available closer to the event date.
